„The Winegrower’s Bride“, a little-known masterpiece by Antonin Dvorák’s pupil Oskar Nedbal, scored a great success when first performed at the Theater an der Wien in 1916. In true operetta style, it once again provides proof that the course of true love never did run smooth.
